Yes, they can. Every paid delivery includes up to two separate deliveries to complete your order. This means we can deliver the items that have already arrived while waiting for the rest of your order to be fulfilled.
Why do we split deliveries?
Split deliveries are part of our Terms & Conditions and exist to manage warehouse space. Sometimes an item may be unavailable from our supplier for an extended period, and we are unable to store large quantities of goods in our warehouse indefinitely while waiting for that item to become available. Our warehouse team schedules part deliveries to free up space for other customers' orders — and it also means you get the majority of your items sooner.
You can request a split delivery yourself, or it may be arranged by our warehouse manager if necessary for logistical reasons.
What if my order needs more than two deliveries?
Your delivery fee covers a maximum of two deliveries. If your order requires more than two separate deliveries, additional delivery charges may apply for each extra delivery beyond the included two.
