Partial Deliveries, the Two-Delivery Allowance & Collecting Remaining Items
Sometimes the items in a single order arrive at our Malta warehouse at different times — for example when they come from different suppliers or stock locations, or when some items need to be sourced from IKEA's Piacenza logistics centre. Here's how we handle deliveries in that situation.
Your Delivery Fee Covers Two Deliveries
The delivery charge you pay at checkout covers up to two deliveries for one order. So if your order arrives in stages, we can deliver the available items first and then deliver the remaining items once they reach our warehouse — at no extra cost for that second delivery.
What If More Than Two Deliveries Are Needed?
If your order arrives in more than two batches and you'd like each batch delivered separately, any third or subsequent delivery will incur an additional delivery charge. We'll always let you know before arranging a chargeable delivery, so there are no surprises.
How to Avoid Extra Delivery Charges
If you'd rather not use up (or pay for) an extra delivery, you have two easy options:

Consolidate into one delivery: Let us hold the available items and deliver everything together once your full order has arrived. Please arrange this promptly, as we have limited warehouse storage space.

Collect the remaining items yourself: You're welcome to pick up any items free of charge, which keeps your second covered delivery available for the rest of your order.
Collecting Part of Your Order
You can collect part of your order as soon as those items arrive — you don't need to wait for the whole order to be ready. Once you receive an Order Update confirming items have arrived, you can come during our opening hours.

Booking Delivery of the Remaining Items
When enough of your order has arrived at our warehouse, you'll be able to select a delivery date from your order tracking link. If you're not sure whether your remaining items are in yet, check your tracking link or get in touch and we'll check the latest consignment status for you.
