Delivery Day: What to Expect

Booking Your Delivery Date

Once 50% or more of your order items have arrived at our warehouse in Malta, you'll be able to visit your order tracking link and select your preferred delivery date.

If you already have a delivery date booked, it will be shown on your tracking link. You can change your delivery date via your tracking link up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

If you can't yet select a date, it means not enough of your items have arrived at the warehouse. Check back on your tracking link in a few days.


Before Delivery Day

You'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow our van with an estimated time window.

On the Day

On delivery day, you'll receive a real-time tracking link that allows you to follow the delivery van's progress, so you can see when the driver is approaching.

Our delivery team will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that your phone is on.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery window is 9am–4:30pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time as a standard part of our service. Occasionally, our route on a given day may align with a customer's preference, but this isn't always possible and we cannot commit to it.

The real-time tracking link gives you full visibility of the van's progress without needing a phone call beforehand.

What to Expect

  • Deliveries are made to ground floor only (see our First Floor Delivery article for exceptions)
  • Our team will place items inside your entrance or ground floor area
  • Please check all packages for visible damage before signing and make sure you have received all that is listed on your delivery note
  • Count the number of packages against your delivery note

If You're Not Available

If no one is home when we arrive, we'll attempt to contact you. If we can't reach you, the delivery will be rescheduled and a redelivery fee may apply.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

Need to change your delivery date? You can reschedule via your tracking link up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery at no extra charge. If it's less than 48 hours before your delivery, please contact our team and we'll do our best to help.

Partial Deliveries

Sometimes not all items in your order arrive in Malta at the same time. In these cases:

  • We may deliver available items first to free up warehouse space
  • Remaining items will be delivered when they arrive
  • Your delivery fee covers up to two deliveries per order — if a third or subsequent delivery is needed, additional delivery charges may apply
  • We'll keep you informed of expected dates for remaining items

After Delivery

  • Open and inspect your items within 48 hours
  • Report any damage or missing parts immediately
  • Keep all packaging until you've confirmed everything is correct
