Remove an item from your order for store credit
Changed your mind about one item before it's on its way? You can remove an eligible item from your order yourself — straight from your order tracking link — and get its value back as store credit, right away.
How it works
- Open your order tracking link (the link in your tracking link email that you use to follow your delivery).
- Tap Remove an item for store credit.
- Choose the item you'd like to remove.
- Confirm your identity by entering your order number, email, and telephone number.
- You'll see the exact store-credit amount you'll receive — check it and confirm.
That's it. Once you confirm, the item is removed from your order straight away.
What you receive
- The item's value — minus any discount that applied to that item — is added to your store credit immediately.
- On your tracking page, that item will then show as "Refunded to store credit", so you can see it's done.
When is this option available?
The Remove an item for store credit button only appears for an item when all of the following are true:
- your order is paid;
- the item has not been delivered or collected;
- the item hasn't started moving yet — it isn't picked or packed, isn't loaded on a truck or van, and isn't out for delivery;
- the item is not part of a bundle.
If an item doesn't meet all of these, the remove option simply won't show for it. Once something is on the move or already with you, it's handled as a return instead — see Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns.
Using your store credit
Your store credit is used at checkout on a future order:
- Sign in to your account using the same email address as your order.
- At checkout, choose store credit as your payment method.
- It can cover the full amount or just part of it — if there's a balance left over, you simply pay the difference as normal.
