Replace or swap an item on your order

Need a different size, colour, or product before your order ships? There's no direct "swap" button — but swapping is simple with store credit.


How to swap an item

  1. Remove the item you don't want, for store credit. Open your order tracking link, tap Remove an item for store credit, choose the item, confirm your details, and confirm the amount. Its value (minus any discount that applied to it) lands in your store credit straight away. Full steps: Remove an item from your order for store credit.
  2. Place a new order for the item you actually want.
  3. Pay with your store credit at checkout. Sign in with the same email as your order and choose store credit as your payment method. It can cover the whole order or just part of it — you simply pay any difference. See How do I use my store credit at checkout?

Good to know

  • The remove-for-store-credit step is only available while the item hasn't started moving — your order is paid, and the item isn't picked, packed, loaded, out for delivery, or already delivered/collected — and the item isn't part of a bundle. If it's already on its way or with you, it's handled as a return instead. See Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns.
  • Prices and availability can change between orders, so do check the current price of your new item before you reorder.
