How to Place and Pay for Your Order

Order Directly – Place your order on the Mondo Convenienza website. For assistance, you may want to chat with their customer care team.

Payment Pay Mondo Convenienza directly. They will provide an invoice with bank transfer details.

Collection Request – Request that your order be collected from the Mondo Convenienza Catania warehouse.
Costs & Delivery
Transport & Delivery
✅ We collect orders only when all items are ready at the Catania warehouse.
✅ We transport them to Malta.
✅ Collection from our Mqabba warehouse is free.
💰 Cost of Transport (Catania to Malta)
• 20% of the Mondo Convenienza invoice value, or €140 per cubic metre of goods if that is higher, with a minimum of €250.
• We estimate the volume from the sizes printed on your order confirmation. Large but inexpensive items such as sofas, beds, wardrobes and bedroom sets are usually priced on volume; kitchens, appliances and smaller items normally stay on the 20%.
• The minimum applies per pickup: if your purchase is split into several Mondo Convenienza order numbers collected together, that counts as one job.
• The quote is final once we have your invoice — nothing is re-measured at collection.
🚚 Home delivery in Malta (optional): €35 per cubic metre of goods, ground floor. If you need delivery above the ground floor, you organise and pay for a lifter.
📄 Getting your quote: send us a copy of your Mondo Convenienza order confirmation (proposta di acquisto) on WhatsApp, chat or email. Our assistant Lina reads it and replies with the exact fee and a secure payment link. If a bulky item has no size on the document, we'll ask you for it first.
📌 Codice Fiscale Requirement
Some Italian websites may require a Codice Fiscale (Italian tax code), even if you're not an Italian citizen.

• In the PROVINCIA field, enter EE if you are not an Italian resident.
After Payment
Once our transport fee is paid, send us (in the same chat or by email):
• A copy of your ID card (both sides)
• The signed Delega (collection authorisation) form
• A copy of your Mondo Convenienza order
• Proof of payment to Mondo Convenienza
You'll receive a tracking link by email to follow the collection and transport.
Order Check Before Shipping
✔️ Our Catania team will inspect your order for visible damage before loading it onto our truck.
✔️ We will deliver all boxes that Mondo Convenienza consigns to us as part of your order.
Insurance & Liability
🔴 Insurance is highly recommended!
❌ Damaged goods cannot be returned or replaced.
❌ Maltashopper is NOT responsible for damage during transit.
