Yes. Order IKEA spare parts online at https://maltashopper.com/pages/ikea-spare-parts
- Enter the product's 8-digit IKEA article number (on the product label, the assembly manual or your receipt, e.g. 004.581.88).
- Tick the parts you need from IKEA's list.
- Pay €12 per part including VAT. This covers sourcing and handling; IKEA does not normally charge for the parts themselves.
Parts that are in stock at IKEA usually arrive with our next weekly truck from Catania; others can take longer. We email you when your parts are ready for collection or delivery. If IKEA cannot supply a part, that part's fee is refunded.
Log in to your Maltashopper account first and the request is linked to your account.
If IKEA's list does not show your part (this happens with older ranges and with combination products such as BILLY/OXBERG), contact customer care with the article number, a short description of the part or its fitting number, and a photo. We then check with IKEA by hand at the same €12 per part.
