Do you honour manufacturer extended warranty periods?
Maltashopper will return any items under warranty to the supplier if they are within 2 years of the original purchase from Maltashopper.
If the item has a longer manufacturer warranty and was purchased from Maltashopper more than 2 years ago, we can return the item to IKEA or Bricocenter on your behalf against a non-refundable fee of €50.
How to start a warranty claim
Open your order tracking link from your tracking link email and tap Start request in the Returns & Exchanges section. Choose the warranty option, describe the issue, and upload photos. HQ will review your request and reply with next steps — including which warehouse to bring the item to (CASA → Santa Venera; IKEA, Brico, and other vendor items → Mqabba) and what to bring with it (typically your Maltashopper invoice and a printed description of the fault).
Please note we cannot guarantee that the supplier will accept the warranty claim, and our €50 fee for items outside the 2-year window is not refundable in that case.
